Actually, I like what Cas' face is doing - it conveys an emotion pretty strongly to me and the kneeling pose is interesting. The upper body and the hands are too stiff though and the tie and jacket, especially the right side, are too short. And what you've already said about the proportions. It might look more like Cas with shorter, or more styled hair? I really like the facial expression though; it's sad and I like that I'm getting that from it.
